KofC Council Cooks for SLC Residents

A delegation of twenty Knights of Columbus members and their wives from Bishop Zaleski Council #6687 located in Michigan Center, MI spent the evening with our residents on Friday, July 26th. They came to test their cooking skills by grilling hot dogs and hamburgers for all of our residents, and then followed up with a fun game of kickball at the end to work off their dinner. Grand Knight Duane Danko remarked that, “We’re happy to do something to brighten up the day for the special people who live here at St. Louis Center. It’s a gift for us to be able to give something back to them, and we enjoy making a contribution.”

  1. so does my daughter. Hope she was able to join in the fun that day since I didn’t know about it or I would’ve been there to.
