Lay Guanellian Family Supports St. Louis Center

There are many Lay Guanellians hard at work for the missions of the Servants of Charity, and none work harder than the Tocco Family of Grosse Pointe, MI. There influence was strong during the month of August 2013, as they helped to facilitate two important events in support of St. Louis Center. The first was the 16th Annual Dad & Lad Golf outing in Rochester Hills, MI on August 7th, which provides an opportunity for fathers to teach their sons about the importance of charity, while the second was the annual Tocco Family Picnic held on August 11th. Both of these events provide an opportunity for the St. Louis Center family to reach out to new supporters who live east of the City of Detroit. The golf outing exists to raise funds for the operation, while the “family picnic” is used as an opportunity to feed our hungry residents and interact with them on a personal basis.
