SLC Residents Enjoy Lugnut’s Baseball

Every year during the month of August, the Lansing Lugnut’s professional baseball team hosts a game at their ballpark in the state capital of Michigan, to support the religious vocations of the Catholic Church. As a part of this special night, money is also raised by the Michigan Knights of Columbus to support the attendance of the residents of St. Louis Center. This year’s event was on Friday August 9th, and 12,000 fans were in attendance to see the Lugnut’s pull out an exciting 7-6 win in extra innings. Our residents were chauffeured to the game by Dean Transportation, and were treated to “Lugnut’s Bucks” to purchase box lunches.
