Residents from St. Louis Center look forward to the Special Olympics each year. It is not only a time to show of their athletic skills, but a chance to meet and spend time with hundreds of other persons with disabilities. They traveled to Mt. Pleasant MI where they stay in dormitories at Central Michigan University and enjoy not only the sports competitions, but evening events as well. This year 18 residents competed in the Special Olympics May 26th-28th.
